WHAT IS THE EVOLVED GIRL
EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM (EGEP)?
Evolved Girl is a worldwide initiative and educational program dedicated to cultivating leadership, academic excellence, social skills, and career awareness. The Evolved Girl Empowerment Program is a 12-week class for school - aged girls (4th - 8th grade). This program is designed to help girls
- Improve grades and experiences at school
- Develop confidence that makes them unstoppable
- Create a winning attitude, mindset, habits, and manners
- Manage behavior and emotions
- Value themselves (as well as others)
- Explore careers and purpose so that students can make intentional choices about classes, activities, and work that align with their skills and goals;
- Learn leadership skills that will help them excel anywhere they go
- Create a sisterhood, and
- Choose and manage meaningful friendships.
Evolved Girl empowerment program is effective schools, organizations, and churches, and as an online learning program.
HOW DOES THE EGEP ADD VALUE?
This program brings solutions to big problems and issues that girls face. The skills learned and practiced in Evolved Girl helps each student add value to her family, school, and community. When these issues are addressed and resolved, it transforms relationships and create new experiences and wins.

2 professional development trainings
Your EGEP package includes two live (virtual) professional development trainings (for your staff) with Dr. Deas. (70 minutes each).
metamorphosis calls for participants
Every week (for 12 weeks), your students can log onto the live group coaching calls to chat with an Evolved Girl Coach. Students can ask questions, get feedback, and share their wins and challenges.

The evolved girl license, allows you to facilitate EGEP at your organization.

After 12 weeks of evolving, the girls deserve a certificate to prove your commitment. The certificate will be available in your portal to print.
