Meet Dr. Jacqueline Deas

As your Metamorphosis Coach, Jacqueline will work closely with you to help you identify and overcome obstacles that are holding you back from achieving your goals. Her coaching style is supportive, compassionate, and empowering, and she strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. She has an extraordinary gift for guiding both youth and adults through transformative journeys that spark growth socially, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

As the CEO of Evolved You, LLC and Evolved Life Corporation (Non-Profit), her mission of transformation knows no bounds. 

 A former school counselor with over 20 years of experience working with students from Headstart to 12th grade in diverse environments—including bilingual, alternative, STEM, rural, and urban settings—Jacqueline wasn’t just a counselor; she was a catalyst for change. Loved by her students for her ability to connect, mutual respect, and unwavering commitment to their personal metamorphosis, she empowered them to constantly evolve. Her expertise extended to the university level, where she worked as an administrator and instructor, shaping minds and futures with the same passion. Jackie has also trained school districts, churches, and organizations to navigate students to attainable resources and solutions. 

In 2016, Jacqueline launched the Evolved Girl Empowerment Program in South Carolina, a global initiative that fosters leadership, academic excellence, social skills, emotional well-being, self-care, and career awareness among girls. Her book, Evolved Girl: How to Transform and Live Your Best Life, became a #1 Amazon bestseller, and the program has since expanded to schools across the country and online, empowering girls worldwide to "get evolved." more.

In addition to empowering girls, Jackie has helped women achieve personal and professional success through facilitating at Women’s conferences, public speaking, and her exclusive Evolve Mastermind group for solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and spiritpreneurs. Women in this group have launched businesses, published books, and overcome the pain and limiting beliefs that once held them back. Jackie truly embodies the spirit of a Metamorphosis Coach. She designs programs and resources for students and adults aimed at unlocking and cultivating the 7 P's: Power, Purpose, Potential, Passion, Peace, People (relationships), and Profit.

Jacqueline's Personal Transformation

Jackie knows that transformation is possible, because she experienced her own personal transformation. She understands the challenges that come with being a school girl because she had a few of her own; girl drama, teasing, moving to several schools and trying to adjust (2 different middle schools, and 3 different high schools), and anxiety. Though she had a loving family, she still suffered silently. The pain she experienced as a school girl, traveled into her adulthood. Through a combination of her faith and dependence on God, prayer, education, coaching, and a paradigm shift, she experienced a metamorphosis that turned her life around.
