Staying Focused

When you are doing what you love to do, it is so much easier to keep focused. On the flip side, when you are

doing something that you dread to do, it is very easy to lose focus. While there are

some daily activities and assignments that you wished you could do without, your daily routine should not be inundated with activities that you absolutely hate. Pe

rhaps this is a good time to take inventory of your daily routine. What do you love about your work, daily tasks? What do you dislike? Are there distractions that are causing you to lose your focus? What are the ones that are unnecessary? Be sure to cut the tasks and assignments that distract you and those that rob you from achieving your highest good. Don't allow guilt to push you to another distraction.
